When in doubt, play. When feeling overwhelmed, give.

Two mantras that seem to guide me through this adult life. I will never not play and it always gives me such joy. Even if only for a few minutes a day, I relish the time and smile it always puts on my face. The second one, however, might seem a little less intuitive. Yet I’ve always found that when I get stuck or overwhelmed in the daily of life -which, for me, can lead to wallowing - the best thing I can do is give of myself. So, as a quilter and teacher, it only makes sense that I give a free class.
