Quilters' Playcation Adventure Sewalong 2024 - Week 35 Update
Sep 04, 2024Seriously, everything about this makes me happy.
From the colour choices, the improv play, composing and sewing a quilt as I go, and getting to hang out with folks each week playing - all of it makes me happy. Now, playing with friends isn't exactly new or earth shattering, but it is such a joy. Both designing an assembling the quilt as we progress is not my norm, but I am in love with the results for me. And I love seeing everyone else's versions too. How many blocks are we in to the Adventure Sewalong and I haven't run out of blocks to make (although, I do have a repeat from 2022 in this latest row, but that was on purpose)?
This is the end of week 35/49 in this year's Sewalong. That means 5 completed rows. Can someone tell me how we are this far in to the year already?
